The primary product at Ace is indeed, Ethanol. To produce ethanol Ace purchases corn within a 200-mile radius of Stanley and grinds 50,000 bushels of corn per day! We store 2 million bushels on site, which is equivalent to around 40 days of production. Operating 350 days a year, Ace produces 200 proof alcohol that is denatured with natural gasoline at 2.0-2.5 percent, guaranteeing the ethanol is only used for fuel.

With production at 54 million gallons of ethanol each year, Ace ships 90 railcars and over 200 truckloads of ethanol every month.
